Yoga for Adults
Talia teaches breath-centered, therapeutic yoga for all bodies and levels of ability. Private one-on-one or small group sessions are ideal for new students looking for more personal attention, those with injuries or chronic conditions, as well as experienced yogis looking to deepen or transform their practice. Talia's teaching focuses on breath and body awareness as the foundation for self-care. Students develop the skills and knowledge to listen to their body's needs, balance sthira (effort) and sukha (ease), and cultivate healthy patterns of thought and movement. Talia works with each individual to create a customized yoga practice that supports their overall sense of wellbeing.
$100 per one-hour session. This flat rate includes up to 10 people.
Students provide the space for sessions.
